Job Description:
As a Venture Analyst, you will evaluate investment opportunities for our venture capital firm. Your role involves thorough market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to shape our investment strategy. This is a part-time on campus opportunity
Responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and source investment opportunities.
Conduct thorough due diligence and validate assumptions.
Build financial models, perform valuation analysis, and assess key metrics.
Prepare investment memos, present opportunities, and participate in decision-making.
Monitor portfolio performance, valuations, and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Enrolled student at the University of Cincinnati.
Prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or venture capital.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
